How do I book a car with Vinaro?

All bookings are made securely through Turo. Simply choose the car you want, select your dates, and complete the booking on the Turo app or website.

Do I need my own insurance?

No. Turo provides insurance options at checkout. You choose the protection plan that suits you. The car is covered during your trip.

How should I return the car?

Please return the car in the same clean and tidy condition it was handed over. Light dirt from normal use is fine, but the vehicle should be free from rubbish, food, mud, pet hair, and strong odours. If the car is returned excessively dirty or requires extra cleaning, Turo may apply a cleaning fee according to their policy.

We always deliver our cars freshly cleaned and expect the same level of care in return so the next guest can enjoy a smooth experience.

What ID do I need?

Turo requires a valid full driving licence and a profile that passes their identity verification. This is done directly through the app.

Where can I pick up the car?

Most rentals are collected from Fulham Broadway. Delivery anywhere in London is available depending on your booking and vehicle.

Do you offer delivery and collection?

Yes. Many of our cars offer flexible delivery across London. You’ll see delivery options when booking through Turo.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes. Each car has its own daily mileage allowance, shown on the Turo listing. Extra mileage is charged at the rate displayed on the vehicle page.

Are pets allowed in the cars?

Pets are allowed only if the pet-friendly option is selected on Turo. If not, pets must not travel in the vehicle.

What happens if I’m running late for pick-up or return?

Message us through the Turo app as soon as you know. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but late return fees may apply.

Is fuel or charging included?

The car must be returned with the same fuel level (or EV charge) it was delivered with.
For electric vehicles like the Tesla, we provide charging guidance in the listing.

Do you take deposits?

No, deposits are taken directly by Turo. Any security hold is handled by Turo as part of their protection system.

What happens if the car is damaged?

Report the issue through the Turo app immediately. Turo handles claims through their protection plans.

Can I take the car outside of London or abroad?

UK-wide travel is allowed unless stated otherwise. International travel is not allowed unless the vehicle explicitly permits it and you have a VE103B form issued.

How clean are the cars?

Every vehicle is cleaned, inspected, and prepared before each rental. We deliver cars the same way we’d expect to receive them.

How quickly do you respond?
