You book the car that fits your needs — from short city trips to longer hires.

2. Book Online

Bookings are completed fully online through Turo.

You’ll:

  • Select your dates

  • Choose collection or delivery options (where available)

  • Confirm payment securely

No paperwork. No rental desks.

3. Insurance & Protection

Every Turo trip includes protection arranged through the platform.

This typically covers:

  • Third‑party liability

  • Damage protection (subject to excess)

Exact coverage depends on the protection plan selected at checkout.

4. Collect or Receive the Car

Depending on the listing, you’ll either:

  • Collect the car from an agreed location, or

  • Have the vehicle delivered

Hosts provide clear instructions before your trip begins.

5. Enjoy the Trip

Use the vehicle within the agreed trip rules, mileage limits, and fuel/charging requirements.

Support is available through the Turo app throughout your booking.

6. Return the Vehicle

At the end of the trip:

  • Return the car to the agreed location

  • Leave it in the agreed condition

  • Complete the return in the app

You can then leave a review for the host.
